Are you a professional, bright and polished receptionist looking to temp for a well-established, high-end company in the heart of London?
The Role- Receptionist
· You will be the first point of contact for all clients, visitors and staff. Your role will involve managing and maintaining the reception area to an incredibly high standard, ensuring all visitors feel welcome and attended to.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct calls and emails efficiently and accurately
- Manage meeting room bookings and set up as required
- Maintain a tidy and stylish reception space at all times.
- Assist with basic admin and coordination tasks.
About you:
- Previous experience in a corporate or luxury front-of-house position
- Impressive academic record from GCSE’s through to University
- Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
- Calm, confident and professional approach
- Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment and passion for a full-time, office-based job.
