We are recruiting an EA for a very high profile uber HNWI whose success has been
stratospheric. A good candidate for Renaissance Man perhaps ………..his
interests are fascinating and far reaching – Business to Philanthropy to Art
…….and he is also a great boss.
Quite simply, he needs a
stand-out individual to run his life. It’s everything from organising
sophisticated travel arrangements (private jets/yachts/helicopters), running
building projects on his many international properties, achieving seemingly
impossible reservations in 5* restaurants, organising glamorous events and
……….. always being one step ahead of your boss and coping calmly and effectively
with challenging diaries and meetings where his time is in short supply.
You need to be very bright, accurate and quick and are likely to
be a Russell Group graduate. You will need 5 years PA/EA experience – and
must have worked for impressive
individuals in a fast moving, high profile business. Boutique finance,
consultancy, property experience would be ideal.
You need to be impressive –
totally discreet, immaculately presented, naturally charming and warm and truly
collaborative and enjoy working with a team of fantastic and like-minded
colleagues. Fluent conversational Italian a huge plus.
