Working from this Family Office in the heart of Mayfair, you will be the go-to person for the two Founders. The business has grown at lightning speed and you will be the Head EA, both managing and mentoring less experienced employees. The remit will encompass both business and personal duties, and they are seeking someone who can add value, with commercial acumen contributing to decision making alongside the regular EA duties. The scope of the role will be diverse so I am looking for a chameleon who loves to be kept on their toes, with constant challenges and unusual requests to sort. You will be exposed to VVIPs, and an UHNW lifestyle; booking private jets, yachts, complex 6* holidays, liaising with the glitterati yet you must remain grounded, discreet and not star struck. From the bizarre to the seemingly impossible you must have a rolodex of contacts to hand, with ‘no’ not an answer in their vocabulary. Such an exciting and unique role for a dedicated work horse, who relishes being an EA.
