EA to Leader of Globally Renowned Academic Institution

A full on, fast paced, pressurised EA role supporting the top dog of this globally renowned, prestigious creative academic institution that is recognised as the leader in its field. I am looking for a hot-shot EA who is passionate about the level of support that they provide, able to liaise with UNHWs, celebrities and global leaders with calm professionalism. You will need acute attention to detail and superb organisational skills to be able to handle the pace, be able to pre-empt, prioritise and build relationships with people from all walks of life. Forward planning and the ability to anticipate complex or potential problems is essential. You will be managing a junior assistant and working closely with a cohesive and collaborative team. The boss is looking for an ambassador, who is able to step up and attend meetings on their behalf should the need arise, someone who takes ownership and responsibility. This is a unique role, requiring a team player, a calm and charming manner and an EA who really cares.
