An international private equity company is looking for a charming, professional, and client-facing Receptionist/Office Coordinator to manage their front desk and the day-to-day running of the office.
Based from lovely offices in the heart of Marylebone, this company prides itself on low turnover and a flexible, trusting, and supportive culture. This international team is cultured, bright, friendly, welcoming, and professional.
This extremely client-facing Reception/Office Coordinator role will see you solely managing their front desk, meeting and greeting visitors, managing their meeting rooms and refreshment requests, setting up VCs, overseeing the smooth-running of the office, and the opportunity to help with other office projects – organising annual office parties, company lunches, overflow PA work and admin tasks.
The role is 5 days a week in the office, 8.30am-5.30pm.
Personality, a muck-in mature attitude, and professional appearance are the key requirements here. This role is best suited to a career Receptionist wanting to man a front desk on their own/be hired directly by a company rather than a service provider OR someone looking to transition their career away from hospitality/acting/another profession into the security of the corporate sector.
