Lifestyle Manager - Luxury Concierge with UHNW and Global Clientele

Seeking a polished and articulate Senior Lifestyle Manager for UHNWIs and celebrities. Based in Chelsea with a wonderful team. 

This role is all about extravagant lifestyle management: 

• Research into and booking of exotic travel destinations, including 7* villas and private jets
• Organising state-of-the-art events
• Sourcing luxury items (anything from a vintage cigar collection to a specific type of marble from Italy)
• Huge amount of exciting project work, including working with top interior designers
• UHNW Client management and handling Client Partnerships
• Handling a vast range of concierge requests, from private island birthday celebrations to the curation of an underground wine cellar

Looking for:

• Previous experience working with UHNWIs 
• Experience working either within the luxury travel industry AND/OR luxury concierge, handling a multitude of high end requests 
• Experience as a Client Partnerships Manager would work well, someone who has put on a range of hyper-luxury events to nurture client relationships 
• Must have exceptional attention to detail: someone who prides themselves on their immaculate grammar, spelling and email/phone etiquette 
• Charming and charismatic personality - able to make the impossible happen 
• Anyone who has worked at the likes of Quintessentially or similar would work very well 
• Must be happy being office-based Monday-Friday
