My client are a market-disrupting leader, carving the path in the sustainability industry in which they have little to no competition, the only way is up!

 

This is a new role created thanks to exponential company growth. They are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Team Assistant with exceptional organisation skills.

 

The role is very varied, getting involved in all areas of the business and leaving no stone unturned. No two days will be the same.

 

You will be:

  • ·       Providing PA support to the Founders & leading Partners
  • ·       Organising a whole array of events, sourcing venues, organising catering, liaising with the team to put on exciting Team socials & Christmas parties
  • ·       Helping with new research projects
  • ·       Opportunity to get involved in wider HR aspects and general office management
  • ·       Supporting all teams – key stakeholders, finance, real estate, legal, projects & more
  • ·       And more!

 

There is exceptional staff retention in the team due to the career opportunities and amazing culture, very close-knit & family feel.

 

Great work life balance: hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday, office-based. Located in the West End. 

 

Ideally you will have previous administrative experience, with experience in the tech and/or sustainability industries a bonus but not essential. The main requirements are a “can-do” attitude, happy to help & always willing to go the extra mile.
