My client are game-changers in the media and entertainment industry, a highly creative environment for which their CEO is seeking a superstar Executive Assistant. Working within a fantastic, light-hearted team in the heart of the West End.
This is a particularly varied role with huge scope to get further involved in the business as well:
• 1:1 support to the CEO – utterly charming family man with a good sense of humour, loves to build relationships with those around him
• Complex back-to-back diary management and all logistics; looking for someone forward-thinking who is always ten steps ahead
• Gatekeeping – the CEO prides himself on being open and accessible to all, so requires a charming gatekeeper to keep this in check
• Acting as an ambassador for the company, liaising with stakeholders, clients, investors and more
• Minimal personal support
• Extensive project work to get involved with, anything and everything
The ideal candidate:
• Ideally you will have a creative background – media/entertainment is a huge plus. Someone who understands the industry and people within it
• Previous PA/EA experience essential
• Forward-thinking, proactive
• Personable and social, however able to maintain professionalism at all times
• Non-precious, “muck-in” attitude, happy to help
