This successful, sociable and growing creative property company are looking for a Property Administrator to join their bright young team.
Based in cool South London offices, the environment is creative start-up combined with pace, energy and professionalism.
This is a brand new role due to the growth and success of the company and is varied and challenging with scope for development.
The role will have you liaising with tenants on a daily basis, carrying out property inspections and viewings, performing background and compliance checks as well as providing admin support to the team.
This person must be happy in mucking in at all levels – no job is too big or small.
They are looking for a conscientious, hard-working candidate who can work at pace with a very high attention to detail. Being organised and thorough is key to this role.
Personality is of equal importance, someone friendly, warm, calm, flexible as well as proactive and conscientious. This person must have phenomenal computer skills/tech savvy. This would suit someone with 6-12 months experience looking to join an entrepreneurial, growing team.
