This wonderful, highly successful and impressive boutique company need a bright graduate (or someone with excellent A Levels and a business course) for a busy, varied and very involving job with lots of scope to develop the role.
You will be the Ambassador for the company so will need to be articulate, confident, very organised and efficient with masses of charm and a real smiley, can-do attitude. You need to be bright and intuitive and able to deal with individuals in sometimes stressful situations so you will have highly developed emotional intelligence, and someone who remains supportive and sensitive at all times.
The job involves:
- Managing a portfolio of clients to a very high standard - regularly liaising with HNW and VIP clients about their tutoring needs and goals to a high standard
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
- Writing reports and encourage client feedback and testimonials
- Collaborating with colleagues and teams to obtain the best results
- Organising events
