The 2010 edition

‘the blue book’ in 2010 included the results of surveys conducted with 1444 candidates and 626 organisations - highlighting the prime drivers for candidates moving jobs and the key employment benefits offered by organisations.

Findings from 'the blue book' 2010 include:

• 62% of organisations surveyed believed being a ‘market leader’ would make them an attractive employer. Only 23% of candidates agreed.
• 91% of organisations surveyed did not view counter offers as a threat…
• Only 22% of employed candidates claimed that they were well or fairly treated during the recession.
• 53% of organisations said they continue to struggle to find talent
